We've done the hard work so you don't have to.

Below are the standard inclusions that will come with your new luxury home if you make absolutely no upgrades. They've been carefully selected by our designers to complement the high quality design of your new home. 

We know you might want modifications though, so you should know that all of our new home inclusions are customisable.

Key standard inclusions

  • 2700mm high ceilings to both floors because it gives the illusion of a larger space. Complementing the high ceilings are our high internal doors, measuring at 2340mm
  • Solid timber stairs that ensure greater quality and durability on a high-traffic area. A little extra; there’s also cool-touch LED lighting to the staircase so little fingers don’t get burned
  • Miele appliances, to meet the high performance expectations we know you have
  • The subtlety and ease of cleaning that comes with an undermount sink in your kitchen. A little extra; there are multiple drawers to the kitchen cabinetry to increase functionality
  • Stone benchtops because they’re luxurious and will complement the high aesthetics of your home
  • Grohe tapware because it’s reliable and quality
  • Resort-style bathrooms with recessed tile niches and rectified porcelain tiles
  • Master bedroom walk in robe fit out, with drawers and shelves, so you can be ordered and organised
  • Pivot entry doors because they’re wider than a conventional door and will add to your street appeal
  • 2400 automatic garage door - fits the widest range of vehicles.
